Metamorphosis Incompleteby sfaliceComment: This is funny. I'm not sure what the title is supposed to represent, but I like the approach. You might try a less obvious blend on the hair of the left image; the fade makes me more apparent that it is artificial. (Not that it wouldn't be obvious, but if this image did exist, he wouldn't likely have a see through head. Make sense?) |

The Soloistby mrbig65Comment: This image might a bit stronger if it had a bit of context? There does not seem to be a lot of action in his pose or expression so it leaves me looking for a possible explanation. I like the lighting in this. |

Mustang Bobby sfmorrisComment: I like the pose, but my suggestion would be to have the subject wear a color other than black. It seems so much detail is lost it's almost like he's a floating head. |

The Cowboyby JudiComment: I like the personality this image conveys. It gives a nice idea of the person whose portrait you are taking. I think it could be strengthened by making the front image a bit larger and moving the image in the back over a bit to the left. It might make it easier to engage with the subject in the front image. |

The Grass Manby prashant_168Comment: I like this idea, although I might try a softer transition from to "hair." Using shadows to follow the contours of his face would add a bit more depth and realism. |

M U R K - D W E L L E Rby macwilyumComment: This is an interesting idea. If your source image were a bit more recognizable (perhaps it is on the larger version?), it might be a bit stronger. Also, on a more subtle note, I'd consider leaving the whites of his eyes white and untextured, it gives the eye a bit of something to focus on. Bumping this up a point. |

Janusby GeneralEComment: I really like this, although I would like a bit more clarity on the right side. It seems a bit soft/blurry. |

The Barmanby MAKComment: The tones are nice on this seemingly candid shot. He looks ready to help you, and I consider that a good thing! |

Gypsy Authorby wei1108Comment: I like the soft tones of this image. It carries the personality along with it. The DOF helps draw the attention properly to the subject. It's also a nice capture of the moment; it almost seems to be a candid. |
