Triangle Strawsby DistantColoursComment: I was thinking that was the case....in which case I apologize for sounding so picky.......I don't like to make assumptions about people's photographs because I HATE it when people do that to me! I'm still drawn to this structure.....would LOVE to see it in the hands of the maker! With a HUGE smile on his face!
BTW I gave you a high score! :-)

Triangle Strawsby DistantColoursComment: I have to stop here....in my voting. Clearly this is "THE" triangle shot of the challenge. Couple observations/criticisms cuz it's just calling to me. IMHO Because there is no obvious table line or suspension line, the fact that it looks like it's floating in black makes me like it.......the masking tape makes me want to beg you to edit it more and make it as white as the straws and/or dodge/burn it so you can't see it or at least get rid of the jagged edges......cuz you can do that in this level challenge, right? I might also re-shoot it paying more attention to the negative spaces around the structure.... which if made more triangular could really make this the strongest shot. I took the time here to comment in length cuz I really like this.....and you made an effort, and it's really inspiring. I can picture the hands working on the straw structure.....WITH LOTS OF STICKY TAPE!!!! |

The Error of Hegelby daisydavidComment: Perhaps this is a college student walking out of a completely boggled attempt of a final exam on Hegel due to his convoluted, intensely difficult and challenging ideologies? Or maybe a free spirit rejecting the repressed analysis of an indulgent and extremely boring philosophy teacher......maybe the professor leaving the classroom after a dizzying and frustrating semester dealing with a vapid group of freshman? Maybe someone rejecting the ideologies of communism Then again it could be someone escaping the grip of communism.......clearly an abandonment. 10 How's that for some analytical attempts to understand of this photo. LOL. |

No one's coming home...by MEJazzComment: I like the composition and black and white......don't know about the red between the lid and the pot. Kinda looks like someone just didn't do the dishes! |
