I like the shine on the bike but I really don't know what it is doing there. The link between the bike and the location is rather tenuous. I don't see any problem with the basic technicals except the composition feels a bit unbalanced by including a lot of the wall on the right.

Hi, Jamie,
It is a nice light and colors but the images suffers from a number of issues:
1. the horizon looks tilted
2. the fisherman is not sharp
3. the composition is awkward - I would put the fisherman either on left bottom as per rule of thirds or dead in the center going for a symmetrical reflection
4. there are a lot of distractions that don't add to the scene like out of focus plant in the foreground

I think that with a better crop and editing it would have done better.
