Science at workby johnmkComment: i don't really know what the center of attention is - it's busy, out of focus, and the hands are blurred. perhaps if the title told us what is the key element it would help bring this photo together. |

the bottom rung (horizontal line) slants down (or at least seems so to me) on to the right.

Feels a little overexosed because of the lights' saturation.
I'd crop out the right 20% of the image - get rid of the trees and bushes.
Perhaps more water & reflection would help create more 'neon glow' that seems to be the message here. |

The City Withinby wdebeau1Comment: I would have liked to have seen more detail come out of the shadows. Looks like something with windows - a boat perhaps - near the watersedge on the left.
Nice sky and reflections - the distant boomy clouds steel the show!
