Totalledby MaryOComment: Not a bad shot, but I don't think it says "chaos" so much as "decay." |

Lines? What Lines?by dwyllieComment: Oh, very clever. Just seeing that is making me grit my teeth! A higher angle, looking straight down, would be even better, but I know that would be difficult. Other nitpicks: I could do without the tree/bush in the bottom left, the square cover at the top left, and the car at center left is cut off a little too short for me. But, man, I love the concept. |

Frenziedby pixelpigComment: This doesn't really feel very "frenzied" to me. It just looks like you moved a fork around. Motion blur has a lot of potential for a topic like "chaos," but you have to have the right subject. |

Happy Independence Dayby vtruanComment: Not bad. I'd wish for a little more fill toward the bottom left, but I'm not sure how to accomplish that, really, especially with a long exposure. The smoke detracts a bit, though--I think it would be a better image if the background were more flat black. |

Boats and Bubblesby MikeComment: The bubbles are nice, especially the one at center right that is really sharply in focus. I wish that there were more of them, and I also think the background is a little distracting. |

July 4th chaosby browda1Comment: Good fireworks technique. Composition might be improved a bit with a little rotation, but not bad at all. If I hadn't already seen a fireworks shot that really filled the frame with light, I'd probably rate this one higher. |

A dream, or a nightmare?by CoryComment: Not a particularly great composition, I don't think. Would be better from a lower angle and much closer in. The bare patch of dirt at the bottom is wasted space, and I also don't think the house at left or the tree in the background add anything. The focus here is the junk, so that should be what fills the frame. |

Tears For Mandelbrotby bvyComment: I love pictures of texture and walls and what have you. I don't know that I feel much in the way of "chaos" here, though. I get "texture," and possibly "decay," but not really "chaos." |

My Roomby tehbenComment: Nice angle, good lighting, good representation of the concept. Good contrast. Might work even better with a fisheye lens. |
