A Plumbers Dreamby tpawluchComment: It's totally a sphere, it just being affected by gravity. If you chop up an apple and eat it, you're still eating an apple vs. biting into an apple picked right off the tree.
Semantics strike again:
According to challenge description: âYour image should prominently feature one or more spherical (not just circular!) objects.â
Spherical definition:
1.
a. Having the shape of a sphere; globular.
b. Having a shape approximating that of a sphere.
2. Of or relating to a sphere.
3. Of or relating to celestial bodies.
Does anyone actually read the challenge descriptions? |

Chaotic Boomby tpawluchComment: Although fireworks may seem like a mans mastery of fire, the actual act of setting up and letting off is quite chaotic. This is a Canada Day display that I annually perform for my family in our homestead backyard. Organized perhaps, until one shakes loose and you now have molten metal flying at your head, or you get too close to a fuse and end up with a blister. The wheel barrow has no significance photography wise. It houses sand and more fireworks that cannot be safely let off where the larger sky displays are setup. Since this was my first attempt at a DPChallenge, my goal was to simply guage my first photograph. Thanks to NiallOTauma for the helpfull comment, and cutout for the PM inspiration, I really appreciate it. |
