The Hot Cornerby GeneralEComment: What is the subject of the photo? A McDonalds at night? The bokeh on the lights? It is holding a secret rather than letting the viewer understand what it is say... |

Where I Grew Upby tangueraComment: Probably the only shot in the challenge to create a truly abstract image from a nightscape. It doesn't work for me personally without some reference that a little bit of natural lighting may provide - it is obviously large, but how large is large? |

City of Blinding Lightsby vladoComment: Black and white at night always tends to create stunning images - the reflections, bokeh and DOF are superb. |

Do The Waveby colorcarnivalComment: Not sure I see the reason for tonemapping on this shot - it lends a feeling of permanence - like a series of statues the colors remind me of a Norman Rockwell print. |

Festival in Budapestby wei1108Comment: Fireworks are always beautiful - wherever and whenever they occur - I like how the statue seems to be shading her eyes from the glare of the lights. |

Charm Cityby ferrissComment: Beautiful composition with detail in the front and back - perhaps it's an artifact of processing or resizing, but the figures both in the foreground and background all seem out of focus. |

Harpaby HoddibComment: I am so glad modern architecture started taking the environment into consideration - views and photo's like these are truly breathtaking. Excellent DOF. |

Times Square Scapeby tvsometimeComment: There is no greater mix of different tastes than in a big city - and New York is one of the busiest. Great DOF - this must look even better in it's full resolution |
