Very nice. The railing on the left is a bit distracting. Would have been nice if you could have zoomed in just a little pass that or maybe stood more to the right.

Flash is too harsh. Try some indirect or diffused lighting. Try not to light your background. The wrinkles in the cloth make it appear cheap. Try different angles on your subject, dead on from the left, right, top, bottom, front or back is never gonna look as good as a diagonal view. Try not to stick your subject smack dab in the middle. Look up "rule of thirds".
