The foreground element (stump, logs and the ridge you were on) make for a too powerful foreground element that sucks the life out of you backgound and major element, Mt. St. Helens. The lack of any middleground element gives the image an overly compressed feel from front to back. A good candidate for a re-shoot. Looks like a pretty desolate area even after 25 years.

Would have fit better in a skyscape challenge. Cool light patterns

A atd too dark. I know how hard it is to attain exposure balance between a bright sky and a darker foreground.

Very nice. Good creative use of long exposure. Use of ND filter I presume? This one is very good.

I like this one a lot. Reminds me of streets in Halifax. I wanted to take shots like this one this fall, but the weather just didn't cooperate with days off work. Keep up the good work.

Nice image. A bit dark. More of a skyscape than a landscape.

Thanks for all the votes and even more for the comments. Thought this would have done a bit better. Shows you what I know.

EDIT
A love it or hate it response it seems - pretty similar distribution of 6's and 7's when compared to 3's and 4's.
