A cold wet winterby NatatorComment: Nice shot. I love how the light illuminates the breast then fades into blackness afterwards. Nice edit. Too bad about the glare though. You can see that you are losing skin detail as you go up towards the armpit. You may want to use softer light if you shoot stuff like this again. Hope your model wasn't too cold during the shoot :P |

Wedding dayby MrAkamaiComment: Nice shot but too bad about the lines in the corner windows. I also find that the glass by the bride's hand takes away from this very interesting shot. Too bad we can't see the grooms profile either. One of the nicest desats I have seen on this site. |

Illusionby Spanish_GreaseComment: Nice shot. Perfectly centered. This looks like Spanish Grease's work. Saw the exact same thing by another photographer on Photosig.com two days ago, but not holding that against you. Nice colour. Too bad about the edge of the glass pane at the bottom of the shot. I realize that you couldn't crop it out because it would have been too tight at the bottom. The far edge of the glass pane could have been cloned out to give a more seamless look and could have taken care of that smudge on the front glass. |

On a wing and a prayer...by MikeOComment: I know it's a goose or swan and that it's probably preening, but this looks so bizarre, I think because of the crop. I would love to see more of the bird to make more sense of this shot. Lighting is also quite dark on the front of the wing. |

Ent's 2nd Cousin (Lord of the Rings)by kebmod54Comment: That is one cool looking tree. I love subjects like that. Too bad the main subject is so centered. The "rule of thirds" would work wonders here. I would suggest a re-crop or re-shoot if possible. |

Smile - it's Winter in Florida!by SamuelComment: Nice shot of a sunflower, but oversharpened. Shot composition is ok, but could have been better. I love sunflowers! They make awesome floral subjects because of the colours and size. Keep up the good work. |

Samuelby JackoComment: There's a pretty baby! Love the B&W treatment. The skin tone is perfect. The only recommendation is to modify lighting to get rid of head and ear shadws cast on neck and backdrop. |

Water Dropsby bowlingrannyComment: That outter red frame takes away from the interesting shot. Back-red-black might have been better here. |

Winter Woodby lettybComment: The strong perpendicular and parrallel lines of this shot are too distracting. There are lots of neat things in this shot, but try to stay away from 90 degree angles in shots like these to make them feel more natural. |

Winter Fenceby dan_pendletonComment: This may sound stupid, but I think this shot could have been even better if the snow in the black sky would have been partially or totally cloned out. I find it adds an element of "messiness" that takes away from this well composed shot. Maybe a shot of the fence and snow only without the sky? |
