City Lightsby MartyrComment: Nice try at long exposure but I have seen better ones in the this particular challenge. However compostion is good and if the rules would allow it in PP some work to reduce the brightness in theforeground but increase the shadow detail in the background. |

Just a little crop along the top and left to get rid of that small bit green would have given this picture a certain something. However 9 from me. |
