My initial reaction to this was immediate dislike, as my mouse wandered closer to the low numbers.
But then the image grabbed me. This is really powerful. I can't look away from those eyes.
I suspect this isn't doing to well, as it doesn't match was dpc likes, but this image is definitely worth a second look. It needs some time to be appreciated. 7

The Bokeh is lovely, since it matches so perfectly with her sweater. In fact, I am amazed at how similar the two are.
Focus is a little soft, the main focus is on her pigtails not her face. 6

This is a really cool photo, the one thing that bugs me is the blurry foreground right in front of here. I am pretty sure you could have edited that out with burning and cloning. 7

I feel like this image fits the word of the law, but not the spirit of the law. Nothing in this image tells me 4-5am. I completely believe that you took it in this timeframe, but the image doesn't make me feel anything.
Its a well executed image and so I will give it a nice score, but it will not be rated as highly as those images that also expressed the time frame.

I personally like this photograph better than your "Jump" entry. The feel is much more serene, and I like the space between her hand and foot that exists here but not in the other. I would like to see the background be somewhat darker though, since it is so light it draws some attention away from your subject.

Nice moody photograph, and I do like the greenish tinge to the picture that gives it a little more atmosphere. However, I do think it comes off a bit too strong. Maybe slightly less greenish tinge would have made it more effective. 7

Love this! The composition is beyond perfect. My eyes follow the water rising up, and then crash down with the surfer in a never ending loop. I could stare at this picture for a very long time. Also great expression captured! 8
