Thank you for your nice comments, votes and support. I can only imagine that I was disqualified because of using clone stamp tool to clone out parts of the cards that are now white (two decks to the left and two hearts from the actual card that is being painted). Quite disappointing, as that was the whole point, the whole creative idea. I didn't have any clue that that would be judged as illegal.

To Ja-9: there are really no secrets, I just used natural window light with the reflector, then in Camera Raw I played with different settings and adjustments, like Clarity, Sharpness, Adjustment brush, Hue and Saturation along with the usual Exposure adjustments. It was nice to be conused with you in this challenge, as I always admired your orange roses. Your PP was fantastic. Any secrets there?

Really very nice view and execution, it just look's somehow overprocessed to me.

Hi! I was sure it was you again! The astonishingly beautiful capture in the bridge challenge was VERY similar to this one, I just supposed it was the same bridge. The first one has somehow more interesting composition and more colour nuances, but the second one work's great too. And I think that those 2 walkers on the bridge just give it more human feel and perspective. Whitout them the bridge woud seem too metallic and abstract. Congratulations on high score and great images!

The pic is great otherwise, but, at least on my computer, the colour is orange and not yellow. Unfortunately, as it would get much higher votes IMO.

Thank you so much for your votes and comments, it's my personal best and first top 10!!
The place is called Kvarnbyn, it's located in Möldnal, a town which was historically independent, but with time it grew and is now connected to Gothenburg, Sweden. It consist's of a system of several watermills which were before used in different industries, now it's more of a tourist attraction as more or less all industries were transferred elsewhere. It's really nice there, but the strangest thing was that I didn't think at all about it fot the Rusty challenge, before I walked with my 7 months old son there the last day of entry submission. I suddenly was struck by the scene and I knew that I just must compete. I invested otherwise a lot of planning in my Yellow challenge, which ended more or less in fiasco, and for the Rusty challenge I just took couple of shots without any preparation at all and it turned to be my PB.
Such is life!
