Wonderful perspective. The eye is led along the row of houses, all the way to the horizon, and then to the water tank in the distance, placed in a compositionally important point. Great work - 10.

This HAS to win! I love how the image is split in half: the upper part is static but crowded with buildings and cranes, and the bottom half is relatively empty but filled with movement. Awesome composition, focus, depth of field. I would give this 11 if I could. :) This would be perfect also for the "exposed" challenge in my opinion!
