I have to say this photo REALLY stands out for me. For Minimal editing this is superb and a brilliant use of a (assuming) 10 stop filter. The composition feels a little top heavy but maybe that is because the underside of the bridge is a tad dark. I'm sure you will really enjoy the following Flickr link and browse through his work.

Simply brilliant for Minimal editing! I'm amazed the lights on the shore are not more blown with that length exposure. The exposure of the sky is perfect and composition draws my eye to the star trails then to the tree and back to the shore then to the stars again. MAGIC!

The eye is nice and sharp. Might have been a bit better if the hair was moved from in front of the right eye (as we look at it). Stands off the BG well. The bright skin doesn't look blown but might have been better a bit darker and then bumped the contrast up a bit
