The blur is due to the super-shallow depth of field (f/1.2), not due to the movement of her leg.

Juliet, good work, but you've gotta be careful with your selections as the transitions from the green areas into her skirt look to have been done in a pretty abrupt way ... the edges are too hard and sharp. Perhaps fading your selection a bit will help. Nice model and pose ... and good post processing on her face.
