Thank you everyone for voting and the kind comments on my first entry into DP Challenge. There are many incredible photographers and artists participating on this site, and I look forward to subsequent challenges.

On this location once sat a huge mansion built in the 1800s. It was sold to the Masons about 1920, and they converted it to a Masonic Hospital. The property later came into the ownership of the town. In the infinite wisdom of the political machine, the mansion was razed as well as all other structures, and water tanks were erected!

This is not IR. The original had been cropped and manipulated in both Lightroom and CS4. Most of the mods are levels, curves, hue and saturation, and opacity settings for various layers.

I agree with kleski - too much white. This was a last moment decision, prodded by a friend, and I had only the time of day at hand to take some shots.
