What's Cooking?by RhodeTryp21Comment: I can feel the heat looking at this. I might have liked it more if you cropped out the cold heating coil. It kinda takes away from the gut response I have to the red coil. Good instincts. |

Smiting the Metalby Yo_SpiffComment: I know the motion puts it out of focus but it shows movement, the white hot steel and the sparks are great |

Hot Shopby franktheyankComment: I love the way the flame changes color as it surrounds the glass but the yellow is really out of focus. Fire is a difficult model to photograph as it is ever changing. I wonder if you were able to reduce the light on the yellow flame side if it would be more detailed but as I said the challenge seems to be the ever changing flame makes lighting difficult. The blue is wonderful. Nice concept. |

"Soldiering"by ladpupmoeComment: the color loses a lot of the punch this could have. When we solder the color of the flame as it surrounds the metal is nice to watch. This color choice makes the flame too bright to appreciate. Love the instinct to go to the torch though. |

Steaming Hotby fotofanComment: I would have scored this higher if I could see the steam better. It really does illustrate the assignment in a great way. |

Hubbleby keyzComment: Love bubbles, really like this but the black lines are a little distracting yet somehow lovely. |
