Gave it an 8* just because of two small anoyances:
1) noise artifacts on top
(edit) changed my vote to 9* because on a profiled monitor even though the noise is there, is almost unnoticeable
2) framing could improve IMHO if the left bottom corner included the beach.
Otherwise it's almost as far as possible from a Rodchenko but I give it 3 thumbs up for the angle! :)

I might have given a 10* here if the crop had done with the burnt highlights on the top left but I understand you didn't want to crop Merryl Streep's head off.
Extra points given for going against the tide and doing the exact opposite of wha teverybody else does wtih selective desaturation.
