I think i'm to assume that the dark blobs in the background are the intended subject to be moving into/ out of the frame. It's a bit of a stretch of the imagination to invision surfboards on their shoulders. Perhaps a deeper DoF was needed to properly include the intended subjects into the composition.
I'm not trying to be mean or cruel, just trying to give an honest opinion of what I see.

Maybe use a fill flash on the subject to bring in more attention. The Subject, the bike/rider, just blends in with the graffiti
