The shot seems a bit blurry (maybe that is intentional?).

Also, if I were to blindly come into this site and look at this shot, I would have never guessed that this was a shot for a science challenge.

Title : 'Circumference = 2 * Pi * Radius' is more "mathematics" than science to me.
Image: If I were exposed to this shot without any pre-knowledge of the category, I would have guessed this was some type of 'Autumn' entry, not science.

Techie stuff: The lighting and colors seem a bit harsh to me.

Adorable picture. The DoF, expressions and color bring back memories of experimenting with tin cans and strings (among other things) back when I was younger.

The only thing I do not like about the shot is the "flash" reflection in the near girl's eyes and in the corner of her right (looking at, left) eye. I also may have cropped a bit differently on the left side showing more of her shoulder/arm.

This is quite a unique entry to this category and well executed (imho). The reflections in the glass are a bit distracting (not sure anything could be done about that though).

Great colors and I like the fact you tried to add some more interest to the shot without using a finger.

But, I'm not sure I like how you did the reflection and the tube (I'm assuming that is a tube ;) ) However, I'm not sure how else you could have done it.

I like the color and the reflection in the liquid, but I would have like to have seen either the syringe completely blacked out (I can still see some details) or more visible. It seems a bit in between.

I would have rated this higher if the lighting weren't as harsh and if there was some more points of interest in the shot. Maybe lower the number of pills in the shot and take one of the capsules and split it open revealing the medicine inside?
