I think you lose out by having the metal relfecting darkness and a few lights.

The only thing I could fault you on is the lack of the full shadow on the left. But I guess one could argue that the shadow would distract from the main focus.

It is a good idea, it just looks oversharpened/contrasty and a little out of focus.

BUt it is a good concept, and has good composition.

You made an effort to make a liability (reflections) into an asset on this picture. You get an extra point for that.

Only things I find distracting is the carpet (I might have tried this with a different backdrop) and the extra items in the room.
