Love the secret little framed spot where the camp is nestled in and the wonderful surrounding landscape with the layers of forest throughout to add depth. The water leads you right in to the subject. I could see this hung in one of those thinner 1" gold colored frames on the wall of a hunting lodge with some coffee stained matting!

cutout's style!! Very good shadows and light coupled with wonderful noise grain and just a hint of an object succeeds in creating the vintage look of a dutch master! Now get that water Martha!!

I think showing more boat and less foreground water would have helped. The boat looks kind of chopped with the current composition.

Super sharp HD! Great color. I think the composition suffers a bit from being out of balance. Centering the boardwalk with the trees on the left balanced by the sun on the right would have been more pleasing to my eye. But I am no expert...

Like the soft effect here. I think a different time of day, closer to sunrise or sunset would help the scene allowing the use of a longer shutter.

Lovely color and great even exposure capturing the light well. A few challenging specular highlights but overall handled well. The small amount of tilt is somewhat of a distraction and I would rather see more of an angle like 20-33 or even 45 degrees.
