Even though there were all those reflection comments, those who comment are generous voters, which to me means they appreciate your work!
Good Job!

A View from the Topby heidaComment: I wish there was a way you could have avoided the interior light reflected on the glass. Otherwise a very strong photo: Well composed and good backlighting. |

Fall in the cityby jonwamComment: This one kind of looks like an old slide. It looks like a capture from the intro of a 1970's TV show or something! Very interesting. |

stairsby ashleyXcoreComment: Positive comments: This photo definitely meets the challenge topic. The eye is taken left to right across the photo and continues on down the road.
Critiques: It has some compression issues that probably came from resizing. The wires and the sky are pixelated. The uneven lighting caused by the shadow line across the building detracts from the foreground. I didn't get the feeling the stairs were the subject since they are partially hidden by the stop sign.

The Coastby ZoomdakComment: That might be a building there in the background, I don't know...but it's definitely a landscape shot! Good dof in the forground! |

Urban Landscapes Are All The Sameby kim100878Comment: Cookie cutter housing! Gotta love it! It's like Levittown circa 1948! The photo is technically accurate, but to me it lacks interest. It could probably use something in the foreground besides street. |

Another ship? No, a buildingby johnmkComment: Excellent landscape photo. (foreground, midground, and background clearly defined) The horizon is in the bottom third, which is a plus. Maybe the atmosphere is hazy, but this looks a little under-exposed. The trees in the foreground seem to be exposed the best, then it fades into the background. Possibly Intentional? |
