This is a great shot of a tough old man. The tones are awesome. The lighting is dramatic. Great job. Two small issues I have with the photo are the fact that the subject is not quite centered and I am not sure if it is the texture of the shirt, but it looks like there is a thumb print right on the chest. I give this a high 9!

You can just hear the whispered gossip in the background that she is trying so deserately to ignore. Great emotive photo. Excellent colors! Even though it's predominantly blue, this photo does not emit a cold feeling. This ones a 10!

I really can't stand drama, and I am really disturbed by what I see in this picture therefore it must be truly dramatic! So I give it a 10 even though I think it is a little over processed (too smooth skin, lacking texture). I can only imagine what is coming at this person to make him resort to a cornered fork defence.

I believe the subject is the thermostat, which is definitely in the first third of the photo. It is nicely photographed with good focus and nice DoF. However the photo is lacking in interest. It would serve as a great illustration for a textbook and you should consider this as a great stock photo.

Great parallel lines. You did a geat job of ensuring nothing was in focus yet letting still letting the lines lead you through the photo, yet I am not feeling the drama here. The photo is interesting but not emotive for me.
