Mountain Danceby jimboneComment: The trail of lights are fantastic however the blue color cast on the snow isn't very eye friendly. The blue sky looks great though! |

IMG_4635.jpgby chipucComment: You are going to have a great gallery when you are done. Keep up the great awesome work! Here is another excellent shot that is pretty different from your first. You got great texture and color. The only thing I see that could be fixed is to crop out the tan stripe along the bottom edge. |

Week 02by KenComment: I like this portrait. I usually don't like B&W. I think the reason is that I see a lot of people go to B&W conversion to try to salvage a bad image. Here though, the image is great! Nice and focused and sharp with good tones. |

Farmer on a winter morningby bnileshComment: Hi bnilesh! I know your style because I check your work using the Canon ef-s 18-55mm IS lens. You do so well with that lens and I am jealous! I have to ask how you get so ultra sharp? Also how far are you typically standing from the subject and what focal length do you typically use to get these great portraits?
The colors are always amazing and I love the textures created by the sharpness of the photo's. I like your portrait style! |

otherworldlyby sadiebirdComment: I would recognize a portrait from Sadiebird anywhere on this site! (Just because you use an XSI like I do and I have checked out your profile and saw how well you are using your equipment!)
Nice job here. You certainly met the challenge by matching your signature portrait style. I also like how this photo turned out. The lighting adds to the drama of the makeup creating a Mad-Max type of charicature. |

IMG_4530.jpgby chipucComment: This is very rich in color! What I wonder is how you got the blur to go through the image Where portions of the blades of grass or leaves are sharp and other areas are blurred in the same horizontal plane. My guess is that you used some sort of netting or stocking over the lens to achieve the affect, but I could be totally wrong. Anyway, excellent start! |

Mother's Kissby vladoComment: Congratulations on the new addition! Number 6?? I can't imagine keeping your sanity after so many babies. I have one who is nine months and she keeps my wife and I busy enough!
As far as the photo... Great natural lighting and wonderful composition. Definitely something wonderful for the family photo album! |

Week 1 - The Eye of a Championby jasonlpriceComment: When I looked at this image I first thought you were one of those Icelanders... You know, from that little island that breeds master photographers!!
What can I say about this image except great depth of field, exposure and composition. What crisp sharpness and texture on the horses hair! |
