Awesome warm golden tones and a super shallow DoF! I love the line the golden circles make taking you through the shot. I am not sure what I am looking at here because it is so abstract, which is a good thing because I can let my imagination run. To me this looks like a golden lake with ripples of waves and three mysterious objects floating on it. Nice job!

It's nowhere near as good as yours and my PP is way off... but it's my first attempt and I love the subject matter. All that from looking at yur lowest scoring image of 2009... score isn't everything!

Very typical urban sene. Neat use of selective desat to bring you right into the tunnel. The colors of the mosaic wall really pop.

I love the use of negative space to isolate this majestic hawk! (I am asuming it's a hawk) What a great capture and well worth the walk! Also had to edit to say the back lighting along the top edge of the bird really is awesome!

Just another classic newborn photo. Love the little bit of drool... Her hair makes her look so much older than one day. This helps me remember day one in the hospital with my little daughter just less than a yar ago.

What would one call a 5 shot picture? A pentateuch? A pentatych? Anyway, I think this is a great piece and it reminds me of a picture booth strip. Each pose looks real natural and I hope they are enjoying their new little sister!

I'm just going back through a few galleries and picking a few to comment on I missed...

I kinda like this shot. It's tilted but I think that's on purpose. I like Michaels pose and the look on his face is sooo boyish. I think the color tone works to give this a nostalgic feel.
