Garden's goodsby MelethiaComment: Hooray for the lensbaby!! I like this shot. Good use of selective focus however it could have been right on the hand. It is somewhat above the hand which is still ok because the focus is nice and sharp. Very good pp of color with the orange. |

dew drop palm 2by FourPointXComment: The focus really should have been on the water drop, if that was the subject. Here the focus in in the upper rightcorner of the photo which seems somewhat odd. |

Waiting for Springby whiterookComment: I voted this photo somewhat low and wanted to leave a comment. I just thought it was lacking in color and composition. It shows the time of the season accurately, but there is no punch or nothing real interesting. One thing I could suggest would be to get up real close on one of the tall grasses and use a wide open DoF to show the texture of the grass and the chaotic lines of each blade. Hope that was helpful. |

Information Overloadby Covert_OddityComment: I like the vertical rise of the pole combined with the devices leading out at all angles... the street light and traffic light, the street sign, the speakers, all go in different directions. |

Cold Sunshineby PennyStreetComment: This is so great and I have a scene like this in my own backyard. We have two english ivy beds and some of it is climbing up our magnolia tree. I wish I would have thought of this shot myself for this challenge. Great job! |

Kingby sheajosh1Comment: Perhaps you have a birdbath in your garden and this meets the challenge. However I think you have gotten too close with your composition and forgot to include content showing this is related to the garden. |

Tagus park gardens on Infraredby duartixComment: If I were a client contracting you to shoot me some garden photos without using flowers and you came to me with this as the final product, I would be amazed at your great photography skills but very dissapointed with the work because what you have photographed for me is a bridge crossing a major waterway in a portugese national park. I would not be obliged to pay for this because it is not what I asked for. Great shot... just not for this challenge. |
