I don't really like this scene as a still image. It is too negative and not something that I would like to promote in any way. A lady should really be treated with respect no matter how angry they can make you feel and this just makes me want to jump in there and disrupt this whole scene. The looks of the actors are just too real for me, but I suppose that is what you were going for. As far as the lighting goes, it is obviously good with the large window or open space above. Good black and white conversion.

So sweet. This litte guy really does look like a prince with that jet black hair all suave. Good lighting here though it could be made a little brighter by adjusting levels or brightness in post.

Good light and textures shown here. One thing to try to strengthen this image could be to play with the shape of the triangle on the right, recomposing the shot to get more of that shape into the image.

I would have done this in portrait crop getting the entire reflection or more of the reflection shown and get rid of all the wasted space on the right. It seems a hair off on the focus or perhaps it was handheld at a very low shutter speed.

You did pretty good with the lighting. The dog's face needs a bit more light as there are shadows in between the eyes and on the mouth. Some reflected light may work to help that. One thing I can see is that this looks somewhat over sharp for my taste.

This is a nicely composed shot of the cat making a good pet portrait. Though I am sure this is natural light, the light is somewhat flat. You do have great focus here and a good D0F giving a very sharp face and detailed furry texture where it counts. Over all nice job.

Interesting title gives a deeper meaning to the subject. I like the lighting showing off the color of the wood and the grain shows up very nicely in the detail.

This is a good photo. Very nice black and white conversion with deep blacks. The shine of the stainless steel looks real good too. Nice centered composition with a square crop omits any unecessary context and clutter creating a clean image. Only thing to give any negatives about is the rather ordinary subject matter... But the quality of the photo offsets that good enough to give an abaove average vote in my opinion.

I can only take it for granted that this was shot in natural light indoors as there are no visual clues telling me otherwise. One thing I might suggest to change about this is to zoom in closer or crop it square and get the most size out of the image to enjoy all the detail that is in the thistles and the bugs. It's not really rule of thirds or centered as far as a composition is concerned.

This is so great with excellent low, medium and high tones. I am amazed that you got the detail in the sky through the windo along with the darker lighting inside. There are few reflections on the window and wha tis there is barely noticeable. Great job all around!
