Losing focusby BrennanOBComment: This is so a-typical and very challenging for me to view as it speaks to the topic of difficulties in ageing that we all wish to avoid. The photo is just a moment in time, so I hope the suffering portrayed is momentary as well. |

Private Domainby dustyknappComment: The stalks of wheat grass growing out of her head could either be considered a crown, or a distraction. Lighting, color and other technicals well done in minimal! |

Falling Apartby BenstedComment: This is good for color. I think the head of the flower should have been shot at a different angle to see more of it. The aperture looks pretty wide and the image appears a bit soft because of that. I like the line of the stem to the flower. |

Falling Apartby mefnjComment: I feel like this is an underwater scene... This is expert so some bubbles and fish really would have been cool! |

Falling Apartby spiritualspatulaComment: I like the concept here. I think the lighting is really ominous, just like a storm. One thing that I take notice of is the fact the tree is leaning away from what appears to be the tornado. To me, the tornado ought to be sucking the tree into it. (This will not really affect my vote because I am not sure if I am right.) |

1917by kitkatklokComment: Nice Vision. I had to come back to this to comment on the composition. It looks like you used rule of thirds to put her face in the top left third of the shot. In this case, I think a stronger composition would have been to throw rule of thirds out the window and crop off the top and left part of the shot, putting her more to the left edge. This would have left the two elements of the shot (the girl and the year) on opposite sides of the shot, creating a stronger composition. |
