I like it, looks like the use of a liner polarizer? since gets lighter as goes down or was that just the position of the sun? I would rather have seen all of the second light.

My eyes travel all over this picture, go back to the number but still there is not a feeling of completness. Distracted by the background/refelction? yet nothing there that balances the numbers.

I find the red light in the forground distacting from the mood of the peice. Still very clean lights. If it was mine I would have cropped the red light out.

main impact is the sky not the urban part of the picture. Perhaps if the shapes where more identifiable.

I think this shot would have worked better as a B&W since there is not a lot of color to brighten it.
