Interesting choice. I think the white background washes some of the yellow away, makes it a less arresting view by lack of contrast.

This photo doesn't say what its title implies, what is she quitting? I see the glove, but she looks too self satisfied with it on to seem like she's quitting anything. As to the editing aspect, if the source of the lighting is supposed to represent a welder's blowtorch, or something like it, that would have been great to see in the picture, or else take it out, it adds a glow that detracts from the idea of a dissatisfied person.

I like that the person's head/face is not in the picture, and that the glove is in motion, but it's a little too blurry for a clean effect and could have stood to be backgrounded by the grass rather than blending with the thrower's pants. Nice idea!
