Cold breezeby keyzComment: I normally go through and score on merit then take the top scoring photos and bump one of them up to be the one I would like to see win, there was only one in the top score and its this one. Really amazing and a valid use of camera movement. |

... regards to the photo I compositionally it works but there is some considerable imperfection that wouldn't matter if it were B&W |
