Good subject colors; green on yellow. However, the out of focus greenery in front of the flower is a bit distracting and takes away from the main subject.
Photographer found comment helpful.

Composed fairly well. Enjoy the juxtaposition of the flowers vs. city. Needs a little more "pop" to it and maybe some sort of dominant point of focus. Good idea though... I do believe I see what you were aiming at getting across.
