Framed by rocksby GlanniComment: An interesting scene. I like the colors of the lichen and vegetation against the gray of the rocks. It's too bad, IMO, that the "frame" is more interesting, better lit, and more in focus than the "subject", but still a 6. |

In a Frameby BJokerudComment: A lovely Alice in wonderland feel to this image. A clever idea. I'm not sure about the desaturation. It makes the model look like she is ill, but perhaps that was what you intended! and the position of the model's right hand, touching the fame (the image's frame that is) keeps drawing my eye to it rather than the model's face etc. |

Stairway to somewhereby Yo_SpiffComment: Nice POV. I like the colors on the steps, and the light and shadows on the lowest flight of steps and the landing above them. |

Enchanted Gardenby CraftyComment: I like all the circular elements in this image, and the way my eye gets drawn into the image. However, it is a bit over sharpened for my taste, and I find several areas (such as behind the table and chairs) just a tad busy. |

Winter Woodsby smichenerComment: Lovely textures and shapes here, clearly framed. To my eyes, the area of foreground is rather uninteresting compared to the rest of the image. This might have been even better with a tighter crop at the bottom, perhaps. |

I am this tall! by JudiComment: Wonderful. Great idea and execution! Great capture of the light on their hair, especially the youngest one on the right. |

Campusby vawendyComment: Nice image overall. Well processed and I like the brick path leading into the picture and the group of three people adds to the composition. For me though the wrought iron railing tends to interfere with the "flow" from the foreground into the rest of the image. |

Framed by a friend by BrinComment: Nice capture. Great subject, and the contrast of the mane against the coat, and both against the snow is lovely. Plus you got the subject looking at you. I find the "gap" on the left side a bit distracting particularly as the brightest area of snow is there drawing my eye to it. Perhaps cropping more off that side or darkening that area might have prevented that. Still, it gets a 7. |

Stack of Twoby Bear_MusicComment: Lovely shapes, patterns, textures, and perspective. These chairs just pop out of the image when you first open this. It reminds me of those books with 3D constructions that open up when you turn the page. Very clever!. Not voting. |
