Feed & Grainby Yo_SpiffComment: I like it, but it comes across as being more about the interesting advertising than about the door(s?) |

fall bloomby obscurityComment: Delicate curves and spirals sweep into the image. Great very shallow DOF. An image that provides plenty to enjoy for quite a while. |

The Dead Seasonby HipychikComment: I found this very compelling. It really "draws" you into the picture Among my top 4 in scoring. |

On the trail of another low scoreby NeVeRynComment: Sadly, while I can see several right angles here, overall I don't find it a particularly interesting image. It lacks cohesiveness, and the right angles that are there do not make it interesting. I like the shadows of the railing, and normally they would provide a nice leading line. In this case, however, they "lead" me to a part of the image that does not hold my interest at all. I love metal structures and looking at the way all the different elements are arranged (my applied mathematics background gets hooked by all this), but the individual elements in this structure are mostly not distinguishable in the dark mass you have. I think it's a case of not having the best lighting for what you were going for here. I hope this helps. |
