It looks like a nice place, but there's not enough here to keep my interest. Try bring the same shot into photoshop and cropping it so that you're using the upper right hand corner only (from below the reflection to the middle of the picture. You still get the feel of the snow and the colors, but I think it makes it much more interesting.

I think I would have preferred it without the splash--makes my eyes wander a little too much. I really like the daffodil.

There doesn't seem to be anything tying it to a calendar, not even a month name. But I'm not rating it down for that. I just think the angle makes her face look strangely out of proportion and the black shadows/smudges on her face, especially below the mouth makes it look like dirt. I'm sorry, doesn't work for me.
