Your model needs to work on her posture. Her intent gaze off-screen is intriguing, and her placement in the frame creates a strong impression. I can't decide whether short, spiky hair would add or detract from the rest of the presentation. This is easily my favorite shot in the challenge so far.

As far as I can tell, this is a "because I can" use of selective desaturation. I would have preferred to see this shot with a shallower DOF and a bit of motion blur.
