You know, I go though and vote on every shot, then I revist the groupings and compare each to the others at that score, and adjust as appropriate. Then finally I go through and comment on the best and the worst. I originally gave this an 8. When I went back and compared it against the other 8's this was head and shoulders above them so I uprated it to 9. I've just been and commented on the 3 x 10's I gave out, and against the other 9's and again I am struck by the desire to uprate this. Truth is I can't find anything in this image that I would change. The lighting is perfect, the model is beautiful and her eyes and lips look fabulous. This shot would not look a bit out of place on the cover of a fashion magazine, and as such I've changed my mind and upped you to a 10. I very rarely give out even one 10 in a challenge, this week I've given out 4 which just goes to show how high the standard is in this challenge. Well done, and good luck!

Another awesome photo - this challenge has really got people going. As a straight man, this sort of shot usually doesn't have the appeal of similarly posed photos of female models, but this one really does speak to me and grabs my attention. The pose is great, and I love the flow of the shirt and tie into the frame. The lighting is spot on and really suits the mood of the shot, as does the black and white treatment. I'm not sure this will ribbon as there are some really strong contenders this week, but I'm confident this will score well and place highly. Good luck!
