Water drop type images have been done to death and I usually struggle to find them appealing, but this one is a fantastic shot. Something a little different. The contrast of full white against full balck, tempered by the orange through red to brown really helps lift the image. I'm thinking this is a ribbon contender - though if there was 1 tiny thing I would change, it would be the trio of relections on the leading edge of the cup, as I find my eye drawn to them. It would be interesting to see how it looks without those tiny hot spots. Of course, that is just being nitpicky.

The bit of stuff in the lower left of the frame I find is a distraction. Would it not have been possible to either crop it out, or clone it out (it being advanced editing)?

Really like this shot but can't help thinking I would prefer it if the 3 tips were all in focus. My eye in wandering between the first two where only part of each is in focus.

Not sure what resolution you had to play with, but I think a much tighter crop losing the chairs and some of the dead space to the left would make it a more dynamic shot. I gave it a 6, but perhaps would give a 7 if it were cropped a bit.

So jealous you were there! Nice shot too though I would have loved to see the carbon fibre disc breaks glowing orange as happened in most of the slow corners.
