Reading in the forum that you wanted comments, I'll oblige. I gave it a 5. The focus seems a little soft for anything higher. Your shutter speed is a little slow unless you're on a tripod. Maybe a higher f stop would help with DOF. The bridge seems a little pale. My 2 cents worth.
BTW, I'm viewing on an uncalibrated laptop so that may come into play as well.

Nice picture but I don't think the border really does anything for it. Maybe smaller and all the way around? There really isn't anything on either the left or right side that needs to be kept. Would centering it be better? I think you're trying to keep the fish in the picture but the building is definitely the main focus.
