Budapestby wei1108Comment: If this were sharper instead of the soft focus used, it would be outstanding. The clever use of light and shadow against the backdrop demonstrates the nature of one of the world's most beautiful cities. Straight forward font with a subtle color works very well with this. Almost perfect. |

Welcome to Utahby landon1013Comment: The odd lighting and minor lens burp in the right hand upper corner do not make this a great image. The concept is good, but much more eposure was needed to make the building stand out. |

Florida - 'Shell' be waiting for youby MrXpressComment: The drop light effect is very clever and the subject is properly illuminated. I like the DOF control. The font is perfectly placed and stands out. The highlights on the shell are a little distracting, but not so that they have a major impact on the overall image. Nice conept and good execution. |

EASTON, PENNSYLVANIAby phylsy7Comment: Total effect is great - unfortunately, the choice of colors in the font is a minor flaw - the yellow disappears into the white and isn't distinctive enough to stand out against the stark background. Same with the yellow crayon - it disappears as compared to the others. If the yellow were changed, or a contrasting drop shadow used, it would be much more effective. |

Windansea Beach, San Diego, CAby glenfotoComment: The font choice and placement is good, but I honestly don't know what to say about the image - the rocks in the foreground have an almost 3D look to them which doesn't quite match the rest of the image. I don't mean in a composite sense - that's not an issue, it just seems like they are more precise than you would expect compared to the rest of the image. Nice composition which reflects the nature of the area. |

Discoveryby bj16060Comment: This is terrific - wonderful imagery, excellant font placement and selection, the image is nice and crisp - can't say enough good things about this image. Well done. (I wonder what the wolf is thinking - lunch perhaps?) |

Springby chickadeezlComment: An opportunity to recycle a shot from the Flora challenge? I like it as an image - excellant DOF control, very nice colors, image is sharp and has purpose. Not sure wher Spring is located on the map, but what the heck - lots of place I've never been. :>) My only complaint is that while the font selectin is good, the color could be a little more contrasty. |

Tioga County, PAby PNHComment: As a sportsman, I appreciate images like this. This has some flaws as the background to the landing goose is much too busy - would have been better to use a longer lens and a tighter shot, but it works at it is. The font is a good, solid choice and the white makes it stand out and understandable without impacting the overall impression of the image. |

Welcome to Washington DCby sekarmalathyComment: These last few cards have been terrific - this is another example of proper composition which imparts the feeling of power and grandeur that is our Capital complex. The flag is perfectly positioned along with the soft overall golden glow is simple magic. The font is perfectly placed and correct - a good choice. |
