This works great even with the over large font. The gentle gliding river is very effective and the soft flow of the light on the building is very effective. The details on the tower and clock are perfect. Very well done.

Another dramatic and provacative image. Excellant tone control, excellant shot selection - the overall impact is very positive. The upper location font is a good selection and the embossed effect is a tad overdone. The bottom font is also a good selection, but the length of the sentence detracts from the scene in a significant way.

Effective use of shutter speed and aperature to control the background. A good solid commercial shot. There are actualy two images here if it were split in two vertically which is always a plus. The font is a good selection, placement is perfet and the overall laid back impression is positive. Well done.

As an image it's very impressionistic and post modern. The sun was handled very well, but the overly dark bottom of what can be assumed as a beach lacks detail to give the image some depth and appeal.

Perfet composition. The dramatic angles, the crisp sharp image and excellant tone control with the off color cast is very inventive. The font and placement isn't the best as the white contrasts too much with the excellant imagery.

Very whimisical and effective. As a statement of time, it works very well - place also depending on what would be on the back. Different from the norm in this challenge and well thought out.

A lot of blank space and too much blue. The frame also disappear at the bottom - might have been better to use black or a deeper color to make it effective. The font is fine, but the placement is problematic - it would have been better on the right to fillin some space.

The combination of vibrant color and rather bland background isn't very effective. The cell tower and satillite dishes are also a distraction. This would work as a political statement though if one chose to comment on nature vs modern life.
