Wings of Fire by JudiComment: The author could almost have called this "walk of fire" and it would have worked well. The sky is very interesting and the cloud formation is intriguing. It meets the expectations of fitness and could well be a motivational poster with many meanings available for fitness. A good effort nicely concieved. |

Backyard Fitness: Bocce Ballby smudgeSMJComment: The way the author handled the DOF fade is excellant. Demonstrates the sport well and as a good way to keep active and fit. The spacing of the balls and the way they are presented at different angles is very effective. A good solid effort as demonstrating the fitness subject challenge. |

Get out thereby tjmuellerComment: Very unigue presentation - the motion blur in combination with subtle DOF changes compliment the sharper subject. The intensity of this image is very complimentary to the title and as a whole works well. A solid effort to demonstrate fitness. |

Work on those Abs!by jasonlpriceComment: The white space at the top could be cropped makeing the presentation much more effective. Rich detail and evokes a sense of well being and health. Not a ribbon contender, but certainly a top ten image. |

Weighing Inby klkitchensComment: Laugh out loud funny - very clever and unique - similar in concept to an earlier image and equally effective, but the different treatment is much simpler imparting the same concept in much simpler form. The green color is a nice touch. Should be a top ten image and a potential ribbon winner. |

Climbingby delinComment: Another great choice for a motivational poster. The image is a little too long and could be cropped at the bottom without affecting the overall impact on the subject and that type of crop would present the subject more favorably and concentrate the viewer on the subject's efforts to get to that position. A solid effort. |

In-Room Curlsby mm767capComment: Clever and unique way to demonstrate how to stay fit with the tools at hand. This would make a great motivational poster for any number of concepts. Solid detail with a subtle touch with the chair back fade. The focus could be just a touch sharper, but it's fine as it is. Well done. |

Gearing Up For The Big Raceby skasubaComment: Clever use of saturation to create a sense of false negative. Rich details without being overbearing. Soft background providing some detail without being over whelming. A solid effort in producing an image with respect to fitness. |

20 LBSby sfarrell23Comment: Another provoking image with a little minor flaw in that the bottom weight edge fades and joins the background, but that is so picky, it shouldn't even be mentioned. Rich detail and excellant DOF control. A solid effort at demonstrating the tools of fitness. Well done. |

Why weight?by dmsmithComment: Free weights - why weight? Excellant!! Richly detailed with the soft fade to the complimentary background the image evokes a sense of what it takes to stay trim and fit. A top ten image and a ribbon contender. |
