Midnight Snowfallby Bear_MusicComment: A solid HDR type of image with two irritating flaws - the ghost branches on the left and right. The eye goes right to them which detracts from the over all impact of the image. |

Bay-pilesby nygoldComment: A very gentle picture - about the only way I can describe it. Interesting how the pilings kind of fade into the distance. The little white "flare" in the middle of the pilings is rather distracting, although I know what caused that. A solid effort. |

Let Rush 'Hour' Commenceby MikeWComment: Cool - I've been there. Ok,now that the pleasantries are over with... :>)
This is a great idea and frankly a little more definition with fewer cars would have been better frankly - the "ghost" images just look like a jumbled mess. |

Palletesby ElaineComment: Yes - yes they are. Not a terribly interesting image - the color is rather drab and the subject matter is...well, dull and rather commonplace. Sorry - it just doesn't do anything for me. |

spirits having flownby MichaelCComment: There is one huge problem with this and that is the shadow. I understand the concept and the subject, but the shadow just looks like a smudge and not the lingering image of a spirit. A little more definition with the spirit subject would have made this an outstanding image. |

The curve.by RafaelloComment: This is not your ordinary time lapse - there is a big element of artistic competence from the streaking lights to the stainless rails to the individual spot lights. I also like the fact that the white lighting isn't blown out which is a tendency for some on long exposures. Well done - very nice image. |

wrinkles in timeby tnunComment: I'm a big fan of abstract art and much like an earlier image, this is also a very good example of Abstract Expressionism. There is a very empyrean to this that I am quite impressed with. Don't know if this was intended or not (the title would seem to indicate it was), but I sure as hell like it a lot. Great color space and a wonderful impression. A ten for me - others probably not. Well done. |

tick tockby flahermaComment: Very interesting use of multiple images - certainly meets the criteria of the challenge in a unique way. I like it. |

walkby posthumousComment: I'm not sure that the author recognizes, or even intended this to be, abstract expressionism in the style of Jackson Pollock, but it is a great example of the genre. I enjoy abstract art and photography - manipulated or not. The title gives the image purpose. Probably not going to score high, but it's a favorite for me. |

Violet Dusk...by NikonJebComment: A unique perspective and gorgeous colors make this a great image - it's very subtle color range is a real positive. The change in perspective on the highway bridge is also a plus. Very nice image - very pleasing. |
