Centre of a flowerby Emma_RoseComment: Way over the top with the grain. You've started to lose some detail there, and I'm not sure it's the sort of image that suits the grain treatment in the first place. |

Blond Bombshell, in the wilderness.by hahn23Comment: I can't really see the grain here, perhaps a very mild amount.
I think with the processing you have done you have created softer tones and a low contrast image, not really appropriate for the grain treatment anyway. |

Archwayby DistantColoursComment: Too much grain, I think you've gone so far over the top you've lost important details in the image. |

The Ravenby Lima_to_LAComment: This is a well captured shot, which I think could look really good, but the processing (feels like topaz) has let it down a bit. The shot feels overdone now, like an oil painting, which in some situations wouldn't be a bad thing, but I don't think it works for this. |

Bossby zaflaboutComment: The processing has given this a slightly unreal look, which isn't necessarily a bad thing here as it has taken on a movie poster feel.
Love all the props, the whole thing just works! |

"Nereid"by tmorninglory96Comment: Had to look the word up to find out what exactly a "Nereid" referred to. Having done that the shot takes on a little context.
It's a nice enough shot, and I imagine it was delicate keeping the water off the face! I'm not sure what exactly has happened, but the face is a different colour from the rest of the body, I'm guessing it's the make-up but it does make it feel a touch abstracted from the rest of the model as the face and the rest of the body don't seem to sit quite right together.
Some of the splashes of water, particularly around the arms have reflected the lighting resulting in a bit of a harsh look to parts. The arm at the top of the frame is also the brightest part of the image, taking my attention away from the face. 5 from me. |
