Elmina Fishermenby rfspencerComment: Here's a nice little slice of life, I like watching these moments. It's an interesting scene, but not particularly outstanding in a photographic sense. |

That dusk was moody...by sekarmalathyComment: You've got some really nice scenery here and a well taken shot but it's just lacking a touch of "something". Not entirely sure what, I think it might be something to do with the colours looking a tiny bit washed out.
I do like the fact that you've kept the shutter speed to a point where you can see it's rushing water and not some strange smoke looking thing, well done for not going down the obvious path! |

Rippletsby LeoComment: Nice scene with nice pastel colours. I like the fact that you haven't gone overboard on the processing and it all still looks quite natural. |

Arctic Lighthouseby orvaratliComment: Very nice, great colours all over. I like the little strips of red against all the overwhelming green! It's good that you can also see the starts in the background as well, nice touch. |

Wondering in Silenceby AgaricusComment: I can see the reason you would go B&W here, and I may well have done the same thing myself, but I'm not sure this particular conversion is the best one.
You have some great rugged scenery here but the B&W seems to have reduced the contrast and the shot kind of just blends together despite the actual harsh landscapes. |

The Monarchby chickadeezlComment: Nice detailed shot. A little centered and a little harsh for such a "delicate" shot, I think this is the sort of shot that would benefit from a softening rather than a sharpening.
Of course the majority of voters would probably disagree with me, people like thinks to be sharp and clear :) |

Reaching outby sulamkComment: Like the B&W conversion here, it works well and makes the petals look almost translucent.
The only thing I think I would have liked to see here would have been a little more empty space, as it is the flower is quite "in your face" and I think some more white would have balanced the delicateness. |

Entryby CutterComment: This scene looks really interesting landscape, unfortunately you've left me wanting to see more on every side.
The colours are great, the details are good, the scenery looks interesting, it's just way too narrow and that completely ruins it for me. |

Inspiration from Aboveby GinaRothfelsComment: Not entirely sure where you're coming form here with the "inspiration".
Interesting colours and angles all over. I do find myself taking more interest in the designs to the left and right corners, which I'm guessing wasn't the intention of shot.
Despite the colours and patters, I don't think the shot holds a whole amount of interest overall. |
