The Secret Gardenby pmichaudComment: I particularly do not like the image myself. The colors seem over processed and there are weird tendril looking shapes all in the photo. The image is too dark and could have used better lighting or a longer exposure. The idea is good, but the execution is lacking.

The thing that keeps me from scoring this higher is that the image feels to distort a little and leaves me feeling a little off balanced. I would also like to see a little more contrast overall.

The Water Babies ~ Charles Kingsleyby Ja-9Comment: I can see this as an interpretation of a water baby. The person is a fish until redemption.
The image looks like watercolor. I like that. The one distraction for me is the yellow wisps at the top right of the image. They keep pulling my eye away. Overall I like the image.
