There is definitely a good depth of field. The trees and the bridge has a 3d feeling to them. I like you it leads your eyes from left to right. Some nice contrasting colors. The purple and the green in the background trees blends nicely together. Looks very much like a painting.

I think cutting back on the water a bit would help the composition. The darkness of the water toward the bottom right distracts a bit.

Very nice job. The composition is very eye catching. The desatuaration works very good for this subject. Details are very sharp. The textures in the reptile and even the thing that he's sitting really are great.
