Docksideby crikComment: The water doesn't look nice in this. It looks like it has been oversharpened due to the way the waves are. A slower shutter would drag them to create subtle movement, but I understand that was difficult with such strong sunlight. Good black and whit, nice and contrasty. 7 |

The contrast is a bit flat, but it's gorgeous the way it is. Could maybe be a bit darker at the top half of your photo to give an illusion of depth |

Is the World Flat? Two Boats Playing Chickenby whiterookComment: I'm guessing you are at full zoom on your camera or lens to capture this. Personally I would avoid zooming like that. One way of using tele is to get close when you can not physically move there, so if you can't get close enough you usually get things like this where you are not particularly drawn into the action. |

Time And Tide by CuttoothComment: I'm not sure, but I think I would've tried to tone down the redness on the shore. The redness is very nice, and I guess that was the light anyway, but it feels somewhat unatural to me. That being said, this is a clear 10 and I'll be rooting for you to ribbon on this. |
